I am sure most parents will ask their children what they eat in school when they come back from these kids institutions. BUT have U ever start counting the amount of  vegetables & fruits your kids had consumed in 1 week?

Probably  most of you got a shock of your life after checking into every meal --- your kid actually consumed a tiny fraction of the daily recommended amount!!

 So are you  having problem getting your children to consume the world healthiest food...that tomato or 1 slice of carrot /1 strand of the green veg.? Well, very frustrating isn't it ? Fussy eaters can make you nag & worry about not eating a balanced meal. They are meat / fish lovers only.Its frightening to think of it! Well, you ain't alone.I have been there before.... I have 2 kids, 1 is a very picky eater! Hiding the healthy food in your cooking may not help either as I have gone thru it with my picky & fussy son  till now --he is already 11 years old!! But theres one easy way to get them to consume much more veg. & fruits then you can imagine. I can guarantee it works for all children. What has inspired me greatly to write this healthy lifestyle information cum recipe book  are my 2 kids (aged 8 & 13 yrs).They dislike eating many types of vegetables and also do not consume adequate amount of fruits.Nagging them to eat that miserable piece of vegetable on their plates won't help either.Majority of parents face the same predicament everyday!

You might think its no big deal & let them be picky about food since they will change when they grow up.True, children will eat abit more veg. when they grow up. But it really takes quite a long while for them ( many years) to eat different types of veg. & fruits.Children are just like a seedling growing, which needs constant  looking after  to ensure it gets enough water,food /fertilisers, sunshine & protection from cold & insects.etc, to ensure it grows up strong & healthy looking. Anything lacking due to not giving the seedling the right requirements, it will produce yellow leaf tips, look weak & sickly. Similarly with children if they dislike vegetables & fruits. 

 Scientific studies have shown that many childhood illnesses mentioned above came about due to insufficient consumption of these food. I have experienced all these with my kids thru my very own observations when I quit my job.I am glad I did, as good health for the family is something money cannot buy.

Scientists say we must eat at least 5 types/servings of fruits & vegetables a day in order to stay healthy.I bet fussy eaters have not even eaten 2 servings of any fruits or vegetables in 1 week!
