Return and Exchange Policy:

 

Please read carefully before ordering!

 

We will gladly accept your returned merchandise under the following criteria: 

No refunds EXCHANGE ONLY, one per item.

All returns must be shipped (postmarked) within 5 days of the date your order(s) were received.

All helmets, mohawks and helmet holders must be shipped via UPS. Skull caps, headbands, facemasks etc. may be shipped via USPS.

All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, and in the manufacturer's original package or box. Returned items must be in original packaging and shipped in a separate shipping container. For example: Helmets must be right-side-up in the manufacturer's box, and this box must be placed in a generic corrugated cardboard box with a padding element such as Styrofoam peanuts or packing paper. Packages and boxes returned not meeting the above described criteria will be refused. Note: Helmets must be placed in their protective cover/bag before placing in their respective box to avoid damage to the helmet finish (i.e., scuffing). Helmets not returned in their respective protective cover/bag before boxing will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender without further processing.

All manufacturer printed materials originally sent with your purchased item must accompany the returned merchandise. 

Do Not print or place any marks on the orginal box. Any printing on the original box will void all returns. 

Shipping fees on returned merchandise are responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Items returned shipped "Freight Collect" will be refused.

Please print and fill out this return form and include it with your return. 

Please follow the above mentioned criteria as returns received not meeting the criteria above will be ineligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to the sender. NO EXCEPTIONS
