Welcome to the Haven!
Welcome to the haven! This site contains a small (but growing) number of my fanfiction. These stories come from a variety of series that have captured my attention over the years. Some of them lasted only a season and have faded from memory for most folks. Others have become a mythos unto themselves.
The majority of these stories are - as the site title says - H/C in nature. while there are some that don't fall into that category, they're few and far between and, if you're not into H/C you probably won't find a lot to read here.
If you're not familiar with the term H/C it basically means this: Someone gets hurt, someone gives comfort, the injured person recovers, everyone lives happily ever after. Sounds simple, but you can have lots of fun bashing and abusing between the title and the words "the end".
Most H/C writers tend to put the hurt on their favorite characters. I'm no exception to that rule. Pick a fandom, see who gets hurt, you know who I like the best.
Not all H/C is physical hurt. While it may be part of it, many times it's the psychological aspect of the trauma that makes the story all the more desireable. Or as the H/C creed goes:
"There are only so many ways to damage a body, but the ways to damage a soul are infinite."
