This is an installer that stuffs homebrew applications onto your PSP for play on a 1.5, 2.71 SE, 3.02 OE, or anything that takes 1.5 kernel homebrew. This installer is primarily for n00bs, but it can be used by anyone who wants their programs on fast. I actually use it myself, although not all of it, because I have better stuff already!
