Shipping: Eggs will go via priority mail. If the amount of eggs is low enough, I will use a flat rate box. Otherwise, your amount will be determined at the time you place your order. I will email you back with the amount as soon as possible when you've told me what you are needing. I add on a packing fee of $2 to each box to go out because of the cost of the supplies to ship and the cost of gas to get to and from the PO.
Guarantee: There isn't one. I take great care in wrapping and shipping eggs and have had very little mishaps when shipping. That being said, mishaps can happen. I don't guarantee hatching eggs. Not with too many possibilities of "other" things happening. The PO could play soccer with your box, your cat might lay on the incubator and raise the heat, the husband does you a GREAT favor and refills your water, then leaves the incubator open, etc. IF you should happen to receive a box full of smashed eggs however, please tell me. If I have them and you want to repay shipping, I will do my BEST to send out new ones as soon as I can, but still can NOT guarantee that I will be able to do that. I will make every effort to do it. But please, don't email me with a cranky note about it. It happens and it's out of my control. The ONE time I didn't refill an order for just the shipping cost was because the person decided to make threats and call me out of name in their very first email to me. I won't tolerate that. I won't treat you like that, so please, don't treat me like that.
