You are 15 minutes walk from a beautiful remote place, Tarr Steps (the famous ancient clapper bridge), ideal for dog walking, and fantastic for a range of country pursuits. There is also a gentle circular walk to and from the ancient clapper bridge, when, in the summer, one can cool off in the River Barle or enjoy a Exmoor cream tea at Tarr Farm Inn.
