It is a small size compagny with limited ressources and world wide activities but with a huge academic package of it's owner Mr. El-Saghir, in addition to it's simple methods of operations and problem solving.
The main aim of this company is to present to the public an Old School style of scientific and engineering approach to projects handling, without negligence of severe time schedules and cost constraints that now a days, design offices handle through sofisticated and expensive computer softwares and routine methods of analysis, calculations and estimates, resulting in unexpected design errors and subsequently construction problems.
Also, the predictive capacity of these softwares remain limited, since they are built on very few mathematical models or alternatives that most of the times are paralysed by natural environmental catastrophies.
