"I (Gamergirl87, the webmistress), started the site (hmfarm.com) in roughly the Winter of 1999. My brothers got the Harvest Moon game for SNES and I had played it and become obsessed! I played it 24/7 because it was winter break. I decided, after all I was obesessed with creating websites, to make a website. I already had a pokémon site (My Pikachu), and was really into making sites, so I made a website on angelfire. I started the site with frames. I updated it once and then just forgot about it. In July, 2000, I decided to start up the site. I gave it a new simple layout (if anyone remembers, the layout with the orange side bar ><). I started updating it with SNES and N64 information. I also had gotten a copy of HM64 that summer.
For some reason I will never know, people started coming to my website. After a month or so, I decided to change the site colors to black. People continued coming so I finally came up with a new layout. For those that remember, it was the black sidebars with the wooden border! When BTN came out, I began covering that. Soon I was covering all released games and soon to be released games. Some point in February 2001, I found a new host, www.riftgaming.com (no longer exists). My mom then found a new paid hosting service that was good, so a few months later I moved there!
A few months after my move I changed the layout to the current one. After some time, it became clear that Harvest Moon Farm had outgrown its position as a hostee of www.riftgaming.com, and I found my own hosting service and purchased the www.hmfarm.com domain name. HMFarm had many issues with bandwidth, and moved to different hosts over the years, but it has finally come to rest at Site5, and is still found at www.hmfarm.com!"

Real Name Zach Birthday February 13th, 1989 HMFarm History I don't know the exact date, but I joined when the forums were brown well before I went to high school, so it's been a while. I had a HM:BTN question, and I remember Ilikecookies answered my question, he was a mod then. I was surprised how friendly the forum was so I stayed :D. Hobbies & Interests Harvest Moon, computers, other video games. Music (specifically Tenor Saxophone and piano), snowboarding, hiking, sailing, etc. :D umm, other things too :D! |

Real Name Eddie Birthday December 18th, 1986 HMFarm History Wells.. a long time ago I saw HM64 on IGN.com and thought it looked cool.. so I kept looking around for more info on the game so I could convince my parents to buy it for me. I came across HmFarm durning my search. Back then HmFarm didn't have a forum.. but eventually GG put one up and I became a moderator. Later on when her hosting for the forum ran out, I started hosting the forum which caused me to become an Admin. Now the rest is history. Real Name Alain Birthday March 18th, 1985 HMFarm History About 5 or 6 years ago, I just came into the boards because I played the SNES Harvest Moon. There was a thread that had people post their pictures up and then a thread about crushes. I said I had a crush on Aya and soon she invited me on AIM to talk to the gang in a chat room. Soon, everyday we were in that chat room and even had dreams of talking to each other in a chat room. After that, I became a mod on the new board for Serious Discussion because I was pretty much the only mature poster there. After a while, the host for that board was going to cut it off so we all agreed to use my webspace and I soon became admin. I've met GG and Kim in real life already and plan to see Jen-shishter and Morgan this summer. Hobbies & Interests There's way too many to type here. |

Real Name Brian Birthday January 25th, 1990 HMFarm History I was friends with Maya on another (now defunct) message board and was invited to a chat with a number of people listed on this page. I was a semi-active member for some time and was asked some time after if I wanted to be a moderator. I disappeared for a while, but certain people have dragged me back here once again.
