Own a Part of many race horses for a small investment.Shares starting at $100.00*.Have fun watching your horses race instead of someone elses.This syndicate is run by experienced racehorse owners and trainers.This is a new adventure and is still looking for suggestions,working with attornys and so on.We are currently looking at a plan like this. there will be no bull policy such as a $70 a day rate paid to a $50 trainer including myself.I even try and do stlits on the cheaper horses with several different trainers.we will never spend $300 of your money to sell $1000 worth of shares. We intend to spend as least as possible on advertising to sell all the shares,so if you buy shares tell your friends, The money will be spent 90% towards the horses and 5% to advertising to sell the shares and 5% to attorny, bookeeping fees etc,

The shares

We plan on selling 1000 shares at $100 with a maximam of 30 share holders and i will be buying at least 100 morse shares myself. we will be putting up $50,000 worth of horses ourself which anyone is welcome to appraise them.that will be a total of  1500 shares and a beginning worth of $150,000 each share will have a $5 monthly dues including myself starting when all shares are sold.

Shareholders

The top shareholders will be made part of the company and will make most of the decissions but we will always listen to all shareholders input.when there is a profit we will make a decision as a company as to pay so much for each share, to invest the money back into more horses or to go to the 2 year old in training and hope for the derby winner.

The Horses

The plan as of now is to start with 80% of the horses racing and 20% mares and foals but again i am open for suggestions.I plan on starting with maybe a few claimers and maybe try to get 1 or 2 nicer horses.We currently have 2 mares,1 in foal to street cry and the other to be bred back soon 1 weanling filly, 1 two year old colt by bankers gold and 1/2 ownership of a five star day 2 year old filly.like i said anyone is welcome to have an apprasial or do your own on any of the horses i am including myself.

Like i said no small print

I am at the point where i need our Main shareholders as i want there input and may make the top few an officer in the corporation.Get in now on the ground floor of what could be a huge company someday.In the past 5 years i have turned $20,000 into $100,000 worth of stock what could we do if we all come together in a low overhead fun venture.
