Responsibilities:
My responsibilities included Business Development (International Marketing) of Enterprise Solutions, Products & Consulting Services for US, UK & Asia-Pacific Regions. As part of this I was responsible for the entire life cycle of marketing (Analysis, Planning, Execution and Tracking) and coordination of Sales Cycle (Lead Generation; Conversion of Leads-to-Opportunities, Opportunities-to-Quote, Quote?to-Order).
Other multi-faceted responsibilities included technical writing as part of pre-sales consultancy and business analysis.
Functionality included:
- Strategic Marketing- Products/ Services, Pricing, Offers.
- Marketing Analytics- Data Mining, Modeling, Segmentation, List.
- Operational Marketing- Budgets, Campaigns, Events, Messages and Collaterals.
- Multi-Channel Execution- Email, Phone, Web and Partner.
- Response Management- Personalization, Responses, Leads, Claims.
- Brand Management- Competitor Analysis, Competitive Strategy, Corporate Image Building.
Responsibilities included:
- Responsible for business generation from existing and new clients
- Market development and penetration.
- Define Marketing Objective.
- Create Campaigns & obtain budget approval.
- Create Offer(Deliverables, Schedule, Campaign Metrics, Target List)
- Execute Campaigns by various marketing channels which include email, phone, web & direct mailers.
- Capture prospects details & create lead.
- Measure campaign response.
- Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously utilizing a logical, efficient approach for meeting strict deadlines.
- Recruitment & Training of Team Members.
Other additional responsibilities as part of technical writing included:
- Preparation of Presentations, Collaterals etc.
- Respond to RFPs & RFIs in consultation with Vice-President & Project Manager.
- Understanding & analyzing the business process and documentation of SRS & HRS.
Achievements:
Generated 40-50 opportunities resulting in a pre-pipe of $250K per month.
