Michaels F.B.I Profile

Halloween Coroners Report

History of Halloween

It was a cold Halloween night in 1963 when six year old Michael Audrey Myers brutally murdered his 17-year-old sister, Judith Margaret Myers. He was sentenced to the Smith's Grove-Warren County Sanitarium for his brutal crime. There, he remained locked away and dormant for 15 years.

But on October 30, 1978, things are about to change. While being transferred for a court date, a 21-year-old Michael Myers steals a car and escapes Smith's Grove. He returns to his quiet hometown of Haddonfield, Illinois, where he follows three young women.

Seventeen-year-old Laurie Strode is a quiet bookworm, preferring babysitting over parties. As she goes about her school day, she finds her mind playing tricks on her. Her friends, Annie and Lynda, are busy thinking about the fun of Halloween night.

That evening, Laurie and Annie are babysitting across the street from each other. Laurie has to keep an eye on comic-loving Tommy Doyle, while Annie watches "little Lindsey Wallace," obsessed with the television. Little do they know, Michael Myers has come home to kill. Carefully, he murders Annie first, followed by Lynda and her boyfriend Bob.

Their only hope is Dr. Loomis, Michael's childhood psychiatrist who has followed Michael's trail back to Haddonfield. Loomis enlists the help of town sheriff Leigh Brackett, who happens to be Annie's father. The duo search the streets, but the bogeyman is close to his prize for the night: Laurie!

A pulsing finale will have horror fans screaming as Michael stalks innocent Laurie, praying that Dr. Loomis will rescue her. He is the only one who knows just what Michael is - pure evil!

Charactors

.MICHAEL MYERS: This is the guy that you want to know about. When he was six years old, Michael stabbed his sister to death in their home in Haddonfield, Illinois. Fifteen years later, he escapes the mental institution that he was held in and returns to his home town to kill again. Michael has a knack for killing off his family members making sure that none are left. He steals a white mask from a town store, and that becomes his trademark. We never see his face (with the exception of him at 6 years old), so we never know what he looks like. He only has one working eye, Laurie Strode stabbed him in the eye with a coat hanger. He is said to be the Boogeyman, and it is apparently true that he fits that description. Nothing seems to kill him, not bullets, fire, or bodily harm. The mystery behind his power is unknown until the 6th installment...  for more see micheals full profile in the links

DR. LOOMIS: Michael's psychiatrist, Dr. Loomis knows everything about Michael and labels him "Pure Evil". Dr. Loomis hunts Michael down in every movie he is in, always trying to finish him off for good. Armed with only a hand gun, Dr. Loomis leads the authorities on a search to seek him out and destroy him. Sadly, the actor that portrays Dr. Loomis, Donald Pleasance, died after Halloween 6 was made. Dr. Loomis also dies at the end of part 6, although it is not known how...

LAURIE STRODE: Laurie was the high school babysitter who was stalked by Michael in the first two movies. She is his little sister! When she was 2 years she was put up for adoption and the Strode family adopted her. Michael knew this. She stabbed him in the eye in the first film, and survived his attacks in the hospital in the second. She is presumed dead in the rest of the sequels, but part 7 has her return. It seems that she fakes her death and her name was changed to Keri Tate. Part 7 reunites her with the original nightmare of Michael Myers, still alive as well, and a fight to the finish.
JAMIE LLOYD: Michael Myers' niece, Jamie was the main target of Michael in parts 4 & 5, and the she is also in the beginning of part 6. Laurie Strode's daughter, Jamie mysteriously disappers with Michael and the Man in Black in part 5 and is missing for 6 years. In part 6, she gives birth to Michael's baby (I know, gross...) and escapes with the child from a secret druid cult. Michael finds her and rips her apart on a hay shredder in an old abandoned barn. The baby is stashed away and found by Tommy Doyle.

TOMMY DOYLE: Tommy Doyle was 8 years old in the first film, and was being babysat by Laurie Strode on Halloween night. He survived that battle with Michael, and in part 6 we see him again. He has become obsessed with Michael Myers, and lives in a boarding house in Haddonfield, right across the street from Michael Myers' house. He has spent his life trying to find out the origins of Michael's existence, and ends up in a fight with him at the end of part 6. He lives...

MAN IN BLACK: The Man in Black is a total unknown character from parts 5 and 6. He mysteriously aids Michael's escape at the end of part 5, and seems to take care of Michael. We learn in part 6 that he is Dr. Loomis's old friend from the institution, Dr. Wynn. Dr. Wynn has been secretly keeping Michael alive with a special serum that gives him his strength. He is the cult leader of Thorn, the curse that is supposedly coursing through Michael's veins. Jamie Lloyd's baby is the last of Michael's bloodline and needs to be sacrificed for the curse. The baby lives in the care of Tommy Doyle and Kara Strode by the end of part 6...

Halloween 6 Producer cut version

JOHN CARPENTER'S HALLOWEEN-
HALLOWEEN 6- PRODUCER'S CUT

Halloween 6 producer's - the version of this movie that was eventually released, was substantially differant to the version they had originally filmed. Following the death of the main star Donald Pleasance shortly after filming had finished. The director Joe Chappelle decided to re-film the ending, but after doing so also decided to re-structure and re-edit other parts of the movie. The original version, known as "The Producers Cut", has never been released, but there are bootleg tapes in circulation in the USA. Those who have managed to track down copies have discovered that the original version was virtually an ENTIRELY differant film.
In this alternate "Producers Cut" the intro would have
contained a flashback to part 5, showing the man-in-black
bundling Myers into the back of a van and abducting Jamie,
just before the Police stationexploded. Also, the voice
during the begging titles was originally by Dr Loomis
and not Tommy. In the scene where Myers confronts
Jamie in the barn he didn't originally kill her by impaling
her on farm machinery, instead he knifed her and left her
for dead. The part of the film where Dr Loomis and Dr Wynn visit the crime scene, in the producers cut the scene is extended and we see Jamie still alive, lying on a stretcher. The nurse tells them "only god can save her now" (if you look, just before the scene cuts in the theatrical version, you can see her being loaded onto the stretcher in the background)Jamie then
spends most of the film lingering in hospital, we are shown a
nightmare she's having of Michael impregnating her and thus
explaining who the father of her child is (Isn't that insense or
something?). She is later shot dead by the man-in-black,
telling her "your work is done now Jamie".There are also
additional scene's showing Michael stalking the Strodes
and other scene's showing the man-in-black following
young Danny about. Danny also hears voices saying "kill for
him". The rest of the film carrries on more or less the same as the theatrical version, minus the exploding head. The only other exceptions being that some scene's are longer or paced differantly.

The most substantial plot change was the ending. When Loomis confronts Dr Wynn in his office, in this version Wynn tells him how he and his "Thorn" cult members look after Michael and how he wants to pass his duties onto Dr Loomis. After one of the cult members knocks Loomis out, instead of Tommy wandering off and finding Kara locked in a room. Tommy spots one of the doctors at smithsgove dressed in their cult robes, and so mugs him and takes his costume. Kara meanwhile is tied up in the main ceremony chamber, where they are preparing to sacrifice Jamie's baby and pass the curse of the "Thorn" from Myers to Danny, but Tommy Jumps Dr Wynn and holds a knife to his throat. Having free'd Danny, Kara and the baby they make a run for it, with Myers close behind.
Rather than locking themselves in a room then and attacking Myers with a syringe then beating him with a pipe as they did in the theatrical version, they find themselves trapped behind a gate. Tommy stops Myers by casting a circle of rune stones and adding his blood to the circle. As Myers crosses the circle of stones he is stopped dead, as his evil is cancelled out by them. Dr Loomis then appears and opens the gate, letting them out (the scene where Loomis opens the gate is the only original scene left in the theatrical ending). After Tommy drives off to safety with Kara and the children, Loomis returns inside to "take care of buisness". All that happens next in the theatrical version is we see Myers disgarded mask and hear Dr Loomis screaming (presumably being set about by Myers). Instead we see Loomis enter the building, where he comes accross Myers who is lying in the circle of rune stones. He removes Myers mask, only to find Dr Wynn beneath it, Wynn grabs Loomis's arm and the mark of the "Thorn" cult appears on him and Wynn says "It's your game now". Loomis cries out in terror and we see Myers leaving the building dressed as the man-in-black, then the end credits roll (in the theatrical cut the only part still remaining from the original is the sound of Loomis screaming).
