Hello,

Welcome to Happy Paws Havanese! We are exhibitors and breeders of only the wonderful Havanese. We show in AKC and fully health test all of our dogs. All of our breeding dogs are AKC Champions and are fully health tested (and posted on OFA). We breed to improve and preserve the breed. We only have very few litters a year, and carefully plan and raise each one. Each puppy is rigourously socialized and evaluated for the perfect match to the perfect home. We carefully screen all of our homes. We are a small kennel and all of our dogs live happy and social lives in our home.Take a look around, and if you have any comments or questions, please contact us! Also, feel free to sign our Guestbook.We occasionally have show and pet quality puppies available. We also do handling for show dogs in conformation.

AKC & Int'l CH Happy Paws' Majical Savannah Sunrise

Show News:

At the Des Moines, IA show on January 18th, Happy Paws' Majical Savannah Sunrise won WB for her final 3 pts! She is now an AKC Champion! We are so excited! The competition was tough, with a total of 9 bitches!

At the Oshkosh, WI show on January 10-11th, Sebring Secret Shenanigans at Happy Paws won WD both days on his first weekend out as a 6mo. old! He has 2 pts and a great start to his show career!

At the La Crosse, WI show on August 2nd, Savannah won 3 more points! We made it just in time to jump in the ring and win! Only 3 more points to go!

At the dog show in Cambridge, MN, on June 22, Savannah won her 3rd 3pt major! She has won 6 of her total 9 points in two back-to-back dog shows in one week! Savannah is only 10 months old and only needs 6 more points to complete her AKC Championship!

At the Fort Dodge, IA dog show, June 15th 2008, Savannah wins WB and BW for her second 3 pt major! Despite the tornado warnings in the area and a 2am wake up call from the county's sirens! Luckily, we all got to sleep later.

At the Hutchenson IACBA International dog show, Savannah earned her puppy National and International Championships as well as a Group 1 puppy and two Group 3 puppys.

At the Eau Claire, WI dog show, on April 12, 2008, at Savannah's first time in the ring, she took home a 3 point major!!

At the North Star Havanese Club's "B" Match, Savannah took BOB!

At the Saint Cloud dog show in December 2007, Happy Paws' Go Grease Lightning won Winners Dog and Best of Winners for a 4 pt major and to finish his Championship!

At the Shakopee show in November 2007, Happy Paws' Go Grease Lightning won Best of Opposite in the Havanese Club of America National Sweepstakes!

At the Hutchenson show in October 2007, Happy Paws' Go Grease Lightning won Winners Dog and Best of Breed for a 3 point Major!

At the Rochester show in September 2007, Happy Paws' Go Grease Lightning won Winners Dog and Best of Breed for 2 points!

At the Lake Elmo show in August 2007, Happy Paws' Go Grease Lightning won Winners Dog for a 3 point major and went on to win Best of Breed and Best of Winners!

At the Albert Lea show in August 2007, Happy Paws' Go Grease Lightning won Winners Dog for a 3 point major!

At the IABCA show in Hutchinson, MN, May 2007, Happy Paws' Go Grease Lightning (our first bred by) Completed his National and International Championships and also won Best in Show Bred By Puppy and Reserve Best in Show Puppy! We are so proud!

At the International Show in Hutchinson, MN, May 2006, Bailey completed her International Championship!
