Hello and Welcome to Hanersdachshunds and the Bluegrass State.

We are Steve and Sally Haner and the owners of Hanersdachshunds. We live in Louisville Ky and we both have grown to love Dachshunds. So after long research and alot of time we decided that we wanted to raise Dachshunds. We are in our first year as breeders. We have made it through one litter. And now it will soon be time for the second litter. I want everyone to know that we are not "backyard breeders". All of our dogs are AKC registered and up-to-date on all vaccinations. I have purchased my dogs from a very good breeder. Sherrie Zuchristian of leakersdachshunds is a great pearson and alot of help. She is where my bloodline comes from. All of Sherrie's dogs are AKC registered.

We also have two boys Michael (14) and Chris (12). They are alot of help with the dogs. They love to play with them. So I feel that my dogs will get along with just about anyone.
