Since 1965, I have been clasping my hands together, blowing air between the thumb knuckles into the sealed chamber, and playing all types of music. My two and a half octave range of professionally controlled tones is produced by pressurizing the air and changing the distance between my palms. The farther apart, the lower the pitch, and the opposite for the higher notes. My first professional stage performances were in 1975 with Peter Schickele and the P.D.Q. Bach Show. In 1979, I was on the Tonight Show, Mike Douglas Show, and Evening Magazine. My career revived in 2000 when I met two Handsqueezers, also know as Manualists. We all had an appearance on the Tonight Show in 2001 as well as many other shows and stages. Go to http://www.geocities.com/pavaroddy/Ben to see The Three Tendons' videos, plus hear many realaudios.
