Hello! I am a Birth Doula (ALACE) and Independent Childbirth Educator practicing in Fayetteville, NC. I also serve Hope Mills, Spring Lake, Fort Bragg, and Pope AFB. I believe that every woman deserves an empowering and beautiful birth experience and I strive to help that happen by supporting the birthing couple through the awesome journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
Doula is a greek word that literally means "a woman's slave or handmaiden." In modern times it has come to mean "a trained professional labor assistant" or, in other words, a woman who provides educational, physical, and emotional support during pregnancy, labor & birth, and postpartum.
