Welcome to the website of the Second Oldest Football Club in the world!

We play at Sandygate, our home for now 148 years,  I firmly believe the future for Hallam is bright, after an amazing 2007/2008 season.

After 07/08 Hallam are looking to build on 6th place. We had 2 very good cup runs in the Vase and League Cup. Both were incredibly cruel exits.

Hallam have secured the services of top scorer James Tevendale for another season....33 goals in all competitions last year

2008/2009 promises to be an exciting season for The Countrymen with our great manager, Darren Bland

The club now has a reserve side, check out the reserves page for details. I will be reporting on some of their games this season.

This season as we continue to progress as a club I intend to use different ways of promoting this website and the football club itself. This will involve the website having versions in different languages, they will be basic but will benefit the many overseas visitors to my site.
