Deus is currently a dead site, though there are hopes of reviving it.

Ages ago, there were the Gods. They thrived, as every culture created them and then fed them worship and fear.

Now, it is modern time. The Age of Reason and the spread of Science has been killing the Gods for the past few centuries. Refusing to die, they search for ways to continue, to cling to life... and they find one.

Incarnate.

The Gods incarnate themselves into human bodies, retaining their memories and some of their original power-- but most importantly, retaining their lives. They live among us, and could be anyone... the child with a skiprope, the old man with a cane, the starving college student.

Currently inactive due to its administrators not having enoug time to administrate, Deus could be re-opened if someone were to have enough time and passion to administrate it.
