Quilled Snowflakes
Materials:
11 -12" paper strips (24 total)
glue
quilling tool
you need 18 teardrop shapes and 6 loose circles for this snowflake.
place 6 teardrops together at the points for the center. 1 teardrop in between each of the center teardrops. A loose circle on top of those tear drops just placed. A teardrop on top of the loose circles and there is your snowflake.

You need 6 loose circles and 6 teardrop shapes. glue the loose circles together into a round shape. Where they join glue a teardrop shape.

You need 12 teardrop shapes
glue 6 teardrop shapes together at the points to make the center circle. get the other 6 teardrops and glue them in the joined area with the points facing in toward the center.

you will need 12 marquise shapes. Glue 6 of these together for the center and then the other 6 between where they join.

You will need 12 teardrop shapes. Glue 6 of them together at the points to form the center, glue the other 6 on top of those.

You will need 12 Marquise shapes and 22 loose circles and 1 tight circle.
Glue 6 of the marquise into a circle, then the other 6 inbetween where they join. Glue 2 loose circles on the edges of the marquise shapes 1 on ea of the 4 sides as in my picture here. Now just glue the loose circles around in a circular shape. Place the tight circle on top where you want to add the string to hang. |
