Gigglebiz update

They decided not to do a whole series of Humphrey, but went with the sketch show called "Gigglebiz" Filming started in April 2009 and we finished Woody's bits in June. Woody was a star and was loved by everyone. I so enjoyed my time and the crew were fantastic.

The show starts to be aired on Cbeebies around the end August/Beginning Sept 2009

Well my boy has done me proud. He was chosen to be the dog in a pilot episode for a childrens programme for Cbeebies called " Humphrey the Painter" Humphrey being played by Justin Fletcher. Justin is also thevoice of Jake from the Tweenies & is also Mr Tumble ( also on Cbeebies). Woody was superb. he did everything & more that was asked of him.He was loved by everyone, in particular Justin. They were one of the friendliest crews I have ever worked with & I enjoyed every minute. We filmed for 3 and 1/2 days and it is being shown on Monday 10th November on Cbeebies.

March 2008

Woody has now had a new hair cut ! He just loves nothing better than to wallow in mud and water and after 3 baths in a week I decided enough was enough and he was scissored off. I actually think he looks quite cute so he may remain this way for a while

WOODY

Woody's Registered name is" The Looney Toon" & he was born Dec 2002

He is a long haired Brown Poodle/Collie Cross.

He is the most lovable, affectionate dog around and absolutely adores children,cats and every dog he meets.
He is totally trustworthy and a real clown.He was Disney's understudy for the series "Barking" and did in fact have to do a couple of scenes.

In Jan 2006 woody had his first real photo shoot job along with my cat Fella. It was to advertise the flea treatment Stronghold.He was superb and did everything and more that was asked of him.

In 2007 he was the hero dog in the "Dogs trust " advert.He was brilliant,here is the ad

Woody can wave,hide eyes,go to a mark and has a good go with as well as having a very reliable sit/stay.

Agility

He started competing in Agility in May 2004 click here to view and has already had several places in Novice classes.He is very sensitive so I have to be very positive in my training. He is now a Grade 4 dog & my neice Beth also trains him regularly and competes with him in the Jr events.

Obedience

His Competitive Obedience career started in October 2004 . He came 2nd in Novice at his very first show and did a run off for 3rd place at his 2nd show--however he ran out of the ring on the retrieve to see a puppy which cost him dearly and ended up 6th.
