My husband and I are wanting to start a family. We came close to starting that in March, but I had a miscarriage. After I found out I was pregnant though, I realized how much my extra weight was going to affect how I was going to feel throughout the pregnancy. We've decided to wait until June or July before we start trying again, and during the time between now and then I plan to work on getting back into shape, and losing as much weight as I can. As of 3/30/05 I am restarting the Weight Watchers program, following it on my own at home. I'm also focusing on getting into better shape by using exercise videos. Kathy Smith and Tae-Bo are two of my favorites! Now that it's getting nice out, I can also take my dog, Rosco, for a walk in the evenings. I can lose weight and wear him out at the same time, it's a win-win situation for me!
