HEREFORD AND DISTRICT SINGLES & PAIRS CHAMPIONSHIPS 1ST ROUND DRAW!

In the singles competition, both Dave Davies and Andy Colley have recieved byes to Round 2, as round 1 has been cancelled due to there only being 127 enteries, and round 2 is the last 128. In the doubles competition, all our pairs have recieved a bye except for Richard Hill and Terry Morris, who have to play a 1st round match at the Richmond Club on 15th December

 TEAM LEAVE CONSERVATIVE "C" 79 TO WIN AT CONSERVATIVE CLUB (27/09/08) 

The GWRSA "B" were at the Conservative Club, a tough alley, and scored a respectable 320 (73,83,86,78) but in all truth the team could have scored more as there were  al ot of low scores, top scorer was Mick Healey with 33 and also scored the only spare of the evening (14).

At the end of the season, the top 4 teams get promoted to Division 1, and the bottom 4 teams get relegated to Division 3. Each team plays 26 games, they play each other twice, home and away. 2 points for a win, 1 point form a draw, and 0 points for a loss.
