The diabolical Dee Moore is the ex-wife of Eric Moore. Residing in two different parts of the city, but still are at each other throats viciously.  Eric has total custody of their five- year son, the every energetic Nevada Moore. Eric knew that Dee is still up to her deceptive ways. She was now proclaiming even more undying love for a child she had once literally thrown out of her home and into the arms of her husband.  A child she now claims that she always loved.  At times, Eric still found it hard to believe that her love for the child was real. He wanted very much to like to believe her. However, it was getting more difficult all the time. Dee Moore never seemed to stop sprouting unflattering comments about Eric to her friends. Her accusations were unfounded. Lying swirled around her like a rain cloud on a dark day in Chicago. However, never had an inkling of a notion that his ex-wife was capable of running amuck against the law.

Some of Dee's friends had found it hard to believe so much bad talk about a guy, Eric appeared to most of  them a pretty nice and well liked guy. Eric soon decides to let his ex-wife, Dee to have an extra few days of visitation with Nevada for an entire week. Because after all she is his mother. Eric recalls from raw deception one, how it took a judge to get her to be a
responsible mother to her second son, Nevada.  So it would appear.  Dee more was overweight and didn't seem to care.  She ate as much as she wanted and what she wanted. And crushed the name of her ex-husband. Dee had met and fell in love with a man who dumped her garbage every morning.

His name was Mark Cohn, an ex-convict. He was a rough looking 32 year old gentleman. Dee like the way he made raw love to her. Suddenly, Dee's only   son Ross is convicted of a very serious crime. She becomes disoriented over the entire ordeal. Then she finds stolen money in her bedroom closet. She finds out that it's bank money from one of Mark's recent bank robberies. Ross is soon out on bond. Dee Moore soon persuades her boyfriend Mark Cohn, and the rest of the family to move to Hawaii. Dee decided to take Nevada Moore along without the consent of her ex-husband.  

Eric thought about his son every moment that he was away with his mom.  However, he wanted his son to have great time. He loved his five-year-old son. The week went by extremely fast, and Eric was on his way to pick up his son from
Dee.  However, after arriving at their usual drop off and pick-up point for young Nevada, Eric saw that his ex-wife had not made it yet.  He waited some more.  Nothing. Then he decided to give her more time to get there. In the mean time, while Eric was waiting on Dee to bring his son, he was listening to his car radio, and in between the jazz music, Eric was hearing about the labor strikes going in and on around the United States.  It startled him. America was going to the dogs.

Damien Blue, a Chicago Detective is assigned to case to catch the elusive bank robber, Mark Cohn.  He is a single African-American cop, age 32 and handsome. While investigating the bank robberies, he was called to try and lend a hand in bringing down five deadly armed terrorists who have taken five high powered politicians as their bargaining chip in a Chicago downtown building. Can Detective Damien Blue save the five lawmakers, while the terrorists threaten kill a hostage every few minutes, unless their demands are met that a ruthless dictator be sat free from an American prison? The President of the Unites States decides against views of Congress and the American people to free the head terrorist from prison. Her idea was that it would save American lives. The female president goes to the State of Hawaii for a GOP
fundraiser.

Hours passed and Eric Moore was still waiting for his ex-wife to bring his son back to him. He holds on  some more but to no avail. After more time passes, Eric decided to drive and visit the home of his ex-wife only to find that she had moved and taken his son, without asking him. Eric began to panic, and starts driving erratically back to his home. He is pulled over by the State Police. When he arrives home, he is soon comfort by a long time girlfriend.

Dee, Mark, Ross, and Nevada, all arrived in Hawaii. Ross is soon arrested again for another sadistic crime.  Mark continues to rob banks. Dee comes to realization, that she is now wanted by the law for kidnapping.  Nevada is getting restless and wants to see his dad.  Dee is evicted from her hotel because of son's crimes. He is arrested.  She moves into a rented house. The police report from Eric's traffic stop falls on top of the desk of Chicago Detective Damien Blue. And

now his was on the case of the missing Nevada Moore. He traces Dee to Hawaii through use of her credit card. Damien Blue and his attractive partner, Summer Soft are off to the State of Hawaii. Damien Blue and Summer Soft arrived at the step of Dee Moore. Mark Cohn was just back from robbing a bank. Damien underestimated Dee Moore and her obvious firepower.  He knocked on her door. Two-rifle blasts rocked the both of them, killing his partner Summer Soft. Damien's right ear had been shot off. Dee Moore and Mark Cohn were armed to the hilt. Damien did not have time to recognize that it was Mark Cohn, the guy he was looking for.  It had left him with one less ear.  It was Dee Moore who put a hole in the chest of his partner, Summer Soft.  Somehow amid flying bullets, Damien managed to carry Summer Soft limped body back to a patrol car for cover. A fiery gunfight continued to ensue between the police, and the now notorious couple.

Dee and Mark decides to make a run for it, and leave little Nevada behind. Suddenly a spit fire red Lamborghini shot out from the back of the house. It was Dee and Mark trying to frantically elude the police. The cops tried to commence a chase, but the vehicle's speed was too breakneck, even for Damien Blue. The President of the United States was on her way back to Washington, D.C., on aboard Air Force One.  The plane was on its was down the runway of the Honolulu Airport. The plane was seconds away from becoming airborne. After a hour or less on the run in the red Lamborghini, the car reaches a downtown draw bridge that was reaching to touch the  sky. Damien Blue and the rest of the Chicago Police were in hot pursuit. The car races up the ramp and it is soon become airborne. The vehicle is in the vicinity of the Air Force One, which is now slightly off the ground.

The vehicle unbelievable lands on top the president's plane in mid air.
