Reviewests and Raters!	In taking up this job; you are agreeing to pop in atleast once a week, depending on how popular we get will depend on how active we require you to be, and review pages that are sent in and give send the feedback to us where we can foreward it to the owner of the site, story, ect. You can request to review specific things. e.i. "I'd only like to review stories" Then we would only send you storys. We will post the pending reviews on a page under the specific catagory. E-mail for more details, and the rating system will be based on a 1-10 definition; we will post up a chart to help you rate specific things.
Graphics/Coding/Artist/ect..	It would be great to have another person helping with the images, artwork, web stuff, ect. This job will be toned down to a maximum of two or three people per skill; e.i. Only two other graphic editors, and three artists. Something like that, whatever we will figure it as we go along. This will require you be along here atleast twice a month until we grow and the standards change.
Scouts/Advertizing Peeps!	We are looking for Scouts and Advertizing people, mostly Scouts. The Job of a scout is to search the web for the best site you can find-- we will have awards for non popular sites that rock, and ones for popular sites that rock, because we want the non popular to get publicity, too! :D This will require you to be around quiet often; maybe not here but on the internet and somewhere in contact.
Assistant Everything Person!	Doing all this stuff is really hard. In this job you'd have to assist with everything I, and SE, might be bogged down on. Sometimes you will have to be here everday, other times once a week. So check in often. This requires you to do petty things and big things, such as handing out awards and editing some graphics or whatever. Not everything is required; but things like handing out awards and updating pages (No HTML skill required) would be very usefull.
