puppy on this date___________________.

This puppy is guaranteed for the first year of life, against life threatening congenital anomalies such as liver shunt or defective heart.

If there is a problem within the first year of life the buyer is entitled to another puppy of equal value in exchange. Any vet bills will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. If there is a problem with the health of the puppy, buyer must have a written statement from the vet stating the life threatening problem. This does not include parasites, allergies or any conditions resulting from any injury occurring after buyer takes ownership of puppy.

If the puppy has to be replaced, it will come from the next available litter.

Seller does not guarantee against hypoglycemia or other common problems such as diarrhea, wormy stool, ear mites, parasites or skin allergies.

All puppies are sold as pets only. No guarantee is given as to color, size, bite, quality or fertility.

Guarantee Limitations:

This guarantee is non-transferable.

No replacement puppy will be given if dog has been bred.

No replacement puppy will be given if vaccinations have not been kept current.
