Dave's Diecasts

Welcome to my website dedicated to my collection of diecast models. I have always had a love of cars, and diecast models are an obvious way of enjoying them. I am a fan of many forms of motorsport, and my collection will reflect this. In particular I hope to have a wide range of Le Mans, GT and touring cars, including a line up of cars that have been victorious at the Le Mans 24 Hours through the years.

The site is designed as a place to share my love of the hobby and display my collection to the world. I originally had a small collection of 1:18 scale cars, but after buying a couple of 1:43 models I finally made the decision to switch completely to the smaller scale. The rising prices of 1:18 models and the amount of space required to display them were prohibitive, and the range and variety of cars available in 1:43 is far greater. My collection is still small, but I hope to add new cars on a monthly basis, and new pictures will be added to the site over time. I hope that my photos will prove a useful resource as well as allowing others to enjoy the models.
