A little about me
Wayne Mason is a writer, sound artist and factory worker from Central Florida.
His words have appeared across the small press in magazines both print and online. He is the author of an eclectic body of work including numerous amounts of poetry, short stories, and three chapbooks.
His poem “A Tribute” was featured poem at The Orlando Poetry Chamber Of Commerce, Nov.2005. His poem "Stray Words #2" was Poem Of The Week at Zygote In My Coffee, April 2006.
In January 2006 Wayne started the Wordcore! Initiative, a project aimed at bringing about a literary arts scene in Central Florida through poetry readings and broadsides.
Wayne Mason is a blue collar factory worker who uses poetry to "speak out" on what he is against and what he is for. A product of his environment, Wayne is truly the "Working Man's Poet". -The OPCC
