We are glad you stopped by. Please take a moment to look around and see what we have been up to lately. We always stay busy and usually have a lot going on! We have a good start of high-quality percentage and fullblood Boer Goats. We live in eastern Kansas not too far from the Kansas City metro area. We are very active in church and 4-H, and are just getting started in full-blood Boer Goats in the summer of 2008. We have been doing percentage Boers in 4-H since 2005. We would like to say "Thanks" to three Boer breeders for helping us get going on this adventure. First, a BIG "Thank You" goes out to Dan and Diana Hutchison of Double D Ranch near Topeka for all of the help, goats, and advice they have provided. We would have had a much rougher time getting started without them. Also, "Thanks" go out to A-5 Boers from Great Bend for selling us a couple of OUTSTANDING goats.
Finally, we would like to say a special "Thanks" to Steve and Debby of Kids Play Boers in Glencoe, Oklahoma

In May 2009 we bought 5 extrememly high-quality (in fact all of them are show-quality) Boers from them. They took the time to show us around and answer a gillion questions and were very polite and courteous and extremely helpful (as Southern folks always seem to be!). Their goats have to be the best cared-for goats we have ever seen. I cannot thank them enough - their assistance will put us light-years ahead in our breeding program. We will see where we go from here!
Our goal is to learn as much as possible about Boer goats and how to show them. We have tried to start with the best stock we could find, and are hoping to firmly establish a high-quality breeding program based primarily on the foundation stock we have acquired. We will continue to show in 4-H, but will also be showing in any ABGA or IBGA shows in our area. We feel actively showing will help us produce the highest quality animals possible.
