What Is Going on with Us
March 15th
We attended the first show for the Southwest Dutch Fanciers Rabbit Association. What a great show. Thanks to Carolyn Hildalgo for letting the club have the show at her house. She cleared out a hay barn and it was wonderful weather for a show. What a way to start.
Congrats to Christina Frank for winning the First BOB in the Open!!!!!!

Next shows for SDRFA will be April 5th, in Farmington NM at State Convention,
March 29th at Top of Texas in Hereford, TX, and
April 25-26 in Lubbock TX with the Llano Estacado Rabbit Breeders.

Thanks so much to Katy, she did a great job judging and helping out the kids.
Aubrie also placed 1st in the judging competition and Brady was second in the writen exam portion of this competition. The kids really had a workout.

I want to take this time to really thank several people. First and for most is Carolyn Hildago of CBar Rabbits www.cbarrabbits.com. We met from a search on the web for Dutch Rabbits to show. She has really taught us and helped us along in these early days of raising and showing rabbits. I encourage you to visit with her she is an amazing person. We purchased our first pair of bunnies from Kay Prien she has been so help full. Then our friends in Llano Estacado Rabbit Breeders Assocaiton. You can't be around a better group, Debbie, Ross, Debra, Stephanie and David are just great. You will find their links as well, we don't have every kind of rabbit but these people will help you find what you are looking for. Thanks again to everyone who has helped us and continue to help us and I encourage anyone to met these people and get involved in this great hobby.
