The Glasgow Region Up to 40's First Footers (GRUFF) is a walking group aimed primarily at people in their 20's, 30's and 40's.

Our walks vary from easy low-level strolls to full day mountain hikes in the Scottish Highlands. During the summer months we organise weekends away to destinations such as Strathpeffer, Corrour, Skye and the Lake District, as well as a fun all year round programme of social events.

We welcome all levels of ability and experience and walk leaders are always willing to answer questions and recommend if a walk is suitable.
