Biologist have found a gene that will allow rice to live longer underwater. Instead of rice plants dieing in a few days, they will live for a few weeks. Scientists have finally breed a pure strain that doesn't have any unwanted genes. Thus allowing for the flood resistant strain of rice. The University of California are the first to come up with the new strain. Scientist are now trying to find better strains in other plants, such as Maize and Soy Bean.
Comments: Yea, now we have more genetically modified food, that isn't even the original food. Thank you for splicing and dicing! Has anyone ever thought we wouldn't have to do this if our Earth was taken care of, and not polluted and destroyed by chemicals. Things would grow correct and natural, but now they aren't growing at all!

Well I have spent the last 2 days shopping for tax free weekend, for kids. We went to Old Navy as one of our stores. Last time for them. First their clothes are so thin, rags for your car are better. Second I bought several shirts, in the label it has where the shirt was from. OMG they are representing the world. I saw Thialand, Cambodia, Mexico, Columbia,Pakastian, India just on the shirts I bought. I found the Cambodians can't sew worth a s####. What was most funny and ridiculous at same time was this. I bought 2 shirts, one shirt was blue the other red. One country made the red shirt, and that exact same shirt in blue was a different country. Guess what the 2 countries were? Ok I will tell you Pakastian and India. That is right 2 rival countries making same shirt in different colors. I made a comment when I took the shirts back. I said first, wow Old Navy is representing all countries here. The clerk of 3yrs at Old Navy said "pretty much." Then I told him about the 2 shirts and I said did you know you have 2 shirts exact made from long time rival countries here! He just walked off! I shopped at alot of stores, most all name brands are outsourcing. Pakastian is the big pick! The Spanish sew just as good as U.S.if you can find U.S. clothes, and the fabric is just as good. They are producing decient quality of clothes. I found Kohls has U.S. clothes. Also most all surf and skateboard shops have U.S. clothes.

This is a discussion topic for sure! Florida DOT is putting 60 to 70 WiFi free internect connections at roadside stop facilities. These services are in Oregon and Washington. They are also at RV parks. You will get 30 minutes of connection time. Wow now the criminals can just link up on the side of the road, and 30 minutes is plenty of time to get the job done!

Sharks Attack Again This Weekend"

There were several shark attacks this past weekend! From Florida to South Carolina. Caelin Lacey a 14 year old from Florida visiting South Carolina, was bitten by a shark. She will have 70 stitches! She says she was out about 25 feet and at one point there were 20 sharks around her. The shark that attacked her was a 6 foot bull shark. Caelin says she didn't know that the attack was so bad. Caelin says it felt like chicken scratches. It could have been worse with all the blood in the water, and that many sharks she says!

"My Trip To The Doctor And The Questions On Morgellons"

I took my son to the doctor. He had a rash that would not heal! We are in the room waiting on the doctor. I am explaining to the nurse I would like to see the rash, under a magnifying glass. She said I will let the doctor know. I told her reason being "there are 5 black dots in the middle of the rash." I then told her about Morgellons. I did not think this is what my son had but it was scary. Now, the doctor comes in the room. He asked why were we there? I told him, "My sons rash." The doctor looked at the rash. He then asked "What is Morgellons?" I explained what I have read about Morgellons, and what I have seen in images, from various websites. The doctor then says "I will be back let me look on the internet to see what Morgellons is!" The doctor comes back after about 5 mins. Myself and my children hear laughing in the hallway. Mind you we are the only people in the office, at the time. I tell my oldest son "I need to tell this doctor that I don't think my son has Morgellons." I just wanted the doctor to know it was a strange rash. I wanted to know what the black dots were and how to clear up the rash! I was discussing Morgellons and telling the nurse and doctor "In today's times there are strange diseases everywhere popping out, in the world." The doctor should know this he is from Africa. Well the doctor comes back in with a magnifying glass, that has a light on it. We(myself, and two children plus the doctor)look at the rash. The black dots seem to be tiny scabs! Ok! I am ok with this conclusion. The rash is a form of excema. He gives a type of cortisone cream. Great, then he asked "Where did you hear of Morgellons?" I told him I have read about Morgellons on several websites, the news on tv plus, there is an institute devoted for the study of this disease! I also told him that the CDC website might have info! The doctor then says the basic rhetoric that they are all trained to say, when discussing Morgellons. First he states "Most info on Morgellons aren't on websites that are doctorate websites, or reputable." He then states, the CDC has deemed people that believe they have Morgellons, are paranoid delusional. The doctor then says he has seen several patients that thought they had Morgellons. He states, "They literally took a piece of skin off of their body, and wanted him to look at the skin under a microscope." The doctor said "I looked at the skin and saw nothing moving!" I said to the doctor "There is an institute devoted to study for Morgellons." The doctor then said anyone can have an institute with enough money, and people coming to them with the same problem. He used this example: Dr. Atkens dieing of a heart attack, and the foundation that created the problems, over his meat eating diet. He said they were a foundation of vegetarians backed by PETA. Then I asked these questions, 1# What about all the tests that have been done with high powered microscopes, and so on? The doctor says, were they done in a controlled environment? He said to study a disease you have to be in a certain environment! Question 2# "What about the news on tv and local stations that have showed people, with this disease? He said there is always someone pushing something! Then he said until the CDC does a clinical trial study Morgellons is what it is, paranoid delusional people. Question 3# What about the fibers they are pulling out of their skin? The doctor says they are fibers, but not in the skin, on top of the skin. These people who are mutilating their bodies, tearing up their skin are doing just that! Their is nothing there. I said "Ok" thank you! Myself and children step out to the lobby where everyone is staring at me, and he brings me over to the computer. The doctor has Morgellons pulled up from the CDC he shows the highlighted words "paranoid delusional." Then says the doctor that is studying this disease has a biology degree. Playing down his credentials. I said yes I see , thank you have a nice day!!
There are many things I can say about this whole encounter and the discussion but this is all I need to say:

What is going on in Alaska? I have been monitoring the USGS Earthquake site for some time today is busy, for Alaska. It seems there have been 50 Earthquakes in Aleutian Island, Rat Island and Andreanof Island, of Alaska today. The most I have seen in one year, in one place! The quakes are occurring in the same place as our missile defense system. One can't help but wonder does this have something to do with testing our defense system, or HAARP?

Well I suggest waiting until IE 7 is out of the beta stage. I downloaded it last night what a mistake! It has some problem areas, one of which is a real concern. First, the text has a glare, it's as if it isn't dark enough its "grey." I thought I needed glasses on all pages viewed at websites the words are not dark enough. Second, the text is garbled on other text, copied over other words on a page. Each web page is if I am looking at a second hand newspaper that could not afford enough ink, or good letterset! Third, the phish filter that is of no use, and it may make some websites not work~! Fourth, the magnifier if you make things zoom in you loose the rest of the page, so then you have to zoom back out. The tabs make things a bit difficult also. So now I go to my homepage only to notice Netscape is doing an overhaul. Is everyone doing an overhaul. Geez~~

"Sharks Looming Again In Florida"

Volusia County in Florida has recorded a 3rd shark attack so far, for 2006. The most current attack was from a small shark. The 22 year old women suffered a small bite, on the ankle. She was treated on site with no trip to the emergency room. Thursday a surfer was bitten no word on his injury. I am assuming he is ok, no reports on his bite. However a girl who was visiting in April, of this year received a vicious bite, to the leg and ankle. The young girl was taken to the hospital, and treated for multiple bites to both places, on her body.

As I have lived in Florida several times, this last time I noticed the sharks come right up to shore! I also notice that people fish right at the shore. The small fish also swim right to the shoreline, and there is a plethora of them. Certain times of the day the shoreline is coated with small fish flopping around. This makes the sharks come up to the shoreline. It is all but normal to see a shark in 6 inch deep water. Not 10 years ago, when I lived in Florida. Things have drastically changed!

Are you prepared for a disaster? I believe in todays times you need to be! As our technology, has advanced, so has planet Earth. The hurricanes are stronger. Earthquakes are becoming more frequent, in more areas. Now we have Tsunamis on the uprise. Massive flooding and volcanos erupting more frequently. We on planet Earth need to be prepared. In the days to come, I am compiling a list of things you need. After living in Florida, in the 2005 hurricane season and going through so many hurricanes, I feel the need to prepare. Once I moved from Florida I went through a big "Ice Storm" this past winter. I am in the Southern part of the United States. This past winter I spent 5 days in 20 to 30 degree weather with no electricity! So get caught in the winter with no electricity, way worse than any hurricane! Check back frequently to see the list grow.

It seems there has been an update to the hurricane forecast! The experts say get ready "East Coast!" I must say when they say get ready, you should listen. Experts say this could last ten to twenty years. I returned to Florida only to be there one year! You have to get prepared! Moving from Florida, I speak from experience. If you do not want to be stranded, or be able to leave town keep extra gas. If you do not want to go hungry store extra food now! Water, get extra now! Batteries a must, don't wait! I must say when a hurricane is coming your way, everything disappears! The shelves in a Wallmart empty within hours! Gas, they shut down pumps days early! Forget what you read, you have to go threw it to know. My family was not able to leave when Dennis hit. No gas! We got lucky, and our water supply was not affected. Ivan was a different story. Our family left, we were gone two weeks. We came back and it was unbelievable! The news does not show the true story! Two weeks later, still you could not drink the water. Talk about a war zone! There was a vast array of helicopters in the air. Marshall law yes. It took many months just to go to one section of the beach. If you could bare the sewage smell. Thats right sewage! The waves were so tall from Ivan they went right over the sewage tanks, and they spilled out. Ivan took out many bridges. It looked like a giant walked threw the town, took his hands and spread the trees. We were in Florida one year ,and we packed up our back yard five times. Floridans know what packing up a back yard means. It's ruff! I think the Gulf will be hit the worst, not the East Coast. The water in the Gulf is the warmest. Good luck everyone Our family saw 20-30 foot waves, before Ivan came ashore. A buoy in the ocean registered a 90 foot wave. Waves could easily go 50-70 foot on a shoreline. Oh yea remember the "Dome Home" it made it threw Ivan. Homes around it did not! Even the "Dome Home" did not look so good, when I went back to the beach to see it. Television does not show the true damage in the aftermath of severe weather. It's impossible. Especially if it is widespread. Katrina, well New Orleans will never get back to normal. Imagine trying to figure out where all the debris will go. It's like your town is a trash dump. Oh and the air quality, whole different topic. Lets just say grey and black is the new color on your air filter, when a Category 4 or higher hurricane comes to your town or city! In conclusion, they say get prepared ,do it now you can't wait till the week of hurricane. Good Luck everyone. Now I am on the "East Coast!" Only I am 3 to 4 hours form the ocean not 10 minutes. I am so glad.
P.S. Tornados are the other threat! There were 52 in Ivan! Also, the hurricanes love to come in after dark. You get to be extra scared!
Well, the new season is almost here, I wonder how it is going to be? I can personally say after moving from Florida last year it will be big! I went through tremendous stress last year with the hurricanes, it was my first time to move back to Florida in 10 yrs and wow the hurricanes have really increased in wind speed and wave height. I can only speculate that this year will be a really tuff year for Gulf Coast residents. Good luck as June is just around the corner. Fox News has reported that they are deploying military personal early, this does not sound good. I will keep all my readers informed with the latest on "Hurricane Season 2006." BTW I moved due to the Hurricanes and the fact they basically shut down the city with no gas, food or other supplies. Stranded is not a good feeling!!!!!

This topic is on prepaid cell phones. If you think they can't find out who you are calling on a prepaid cell phone, you are wrong. I bought a prepaid phone card to add money to my account. I had to call a Cingular number to add the money. I did not have the password to the phone, as I have never had a password for the phone. I spoke to a customer care agent(how funny) first they asked for the cell number. The agent then said whom is the name on the account, what account, its prepaid. The agent said I still need the name, so I gave it to her. She then asked whom am I speaking with? I gave her my name. The agent then asked when did we buy the phone what specific date? The agent then said I will need three phone numbers, that have been dialed in the last week from the cell phone. I asked her why? In order to give you the password you have to give me three numbers. I did not give her three numbers, because I don't have the phone my husband does. The agent said since you can't give me three numbers he will have to call back or go into a Cingular store. I asked the agent was my husband given a password when he purchased the service, because I was with him and I don't remember that! The agent said no. Well I added the money to the account, but I did not get the password. In conclusion, they can see the numbers you have dialed even on prepaid cell phone. How else would they be able to verify the three phone numbers. Also who assigned the password?

This is a 45 min short film that is a must see. It explains what is being done to our atmosphere. It's all about HAAR(High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program)! ELF waves are used to monitor seismic activity, for earthquakes and allot more! You think the microwave is killing you well that is peanuts compared to the frequency waves used in mass. Couple that with the Chemtrails you have major weapons here! What are Chemtrails? Those streaks across the sky that take many shapes after they fan out. Shapes of clouds have a whole new meaning in todays times. The Chemtrails are so widespread they are seen almost everywhere. I don't know what is in Chemtrails, but from what I have read many types of metals. Also, quite possibly living things. I see the Chemtrails almost daily. Those planes are working overtime and all the time. The Chemtrails, on a good day they can just make you feel dizzy. On a bad day, wow you get nauseous and have extreme headaches. We have come a long way! Is this for the better, I don't think so.

Ok I need answers to questions about people that were born with a blue dot. I have two extended family members. They are brother and sister and were born with a blue dot on them. The female with the dot on the front of her arm, the male with the dot on the back of his arm. The dot has become a deeper blue with age. The female has developed streaks in the dot, within the past year. They have had this dot since birth. There is a third child that does not have the dot. Does anyone else have a blue dot? Do you have information on this? Where it came from, why it has become a deeper blue over the years. I have googled this topic nothing remotely close. I need info!!!

Do you dream in color? The majority of us do. What do dreams mean, how do you interpret them?Well I definitely dream in color. My dreams are so vivid that it's like another world when I go to sleep. My dreams are always a story filled with places, people and things happening. I have dreams that later I say, I know I dreamed this entire situation! I had a dream about six years ago I will never forget. My dream was about an elderly lady who was buried in a casket under the ground. In my dream I saw her name and the state she lived in. Those were the only things that I remember. The next day I had turned on the news (Fox News) I accidentally hit the channel button on the remote it went one channel back, to Court T.V. I never watch that show ,and still to this day I don't. Well I left it on the channel, I don't know why. They were trying a case of a man who was a mortitioner and he had buried his wife in the same casket as an elderly person. Well low and behold, they show on television the name of the elderly person, and where she was from OMG I flipped. They were the same as my dream! I have never forgotten this. My husband was a witness to this. I had woke up that morning to tell him of the dream, and he also saw this case on T.V. he was freaked out!!!!!!!! I have had many dreams since then. Dreams of people I don't know all the time Generals, kids in specific color of clothing(red)banquets, water dreams, people in malls( faces showing) so many different dreams with stories I just say, well another freaky dream. I wish I knew why I have such a storyline going on in my dreams. I have read some websites on dreams but nothing to encompass the way I dream. I will list a few good sites to go to for dreams, also I will try to find the case involving the lady I dreamed about and make a link so you can read about the case. They say dreams are how you feel in your life. What is going on with you, goes to sleep with you! For me, I don't know if I believe that!!

"Whats Going On In Florida With The Sharks?"

I am a local resident of the Pensacola Florida area. I think the sharks have increased a great deal in the last ten years. Sharks are very close to shore compared to last summer. Last year our family moved back after being gone for ten years. We love the ocean. Constantly our family went to the beach, until Ivan hit. The ocean was beautiful! In the three months that we went to the beach my husband and myself saw a shark trapped on top of a sandbar. They don't just hang out behind them! This shark had floated right by us. The shark was swimming around in a circle trying to get off the sandbar. This sandbar was approxomitatly 20 feet from the shore. This shark was close and it was in very shallow water because of it being on top of sandbar. Probably about 2 feet of water or less! The area where we saw the shark was across the street from Portofino, a group of very nice high rise condos. It is 1 year later and the sharks have increased. My husband works on the beach, occasionally doing carpentry. It is June 28,2005 which is 1 day after the most recent shark attack, of the 16 yr old boy, who was attacked while fishing. My husband comes home and tells me that he was working next to the high rise condos, and he could see a sheriffs helicopter hovering the ocean. Later, on our local news at 5:00 I see that they had footage of sharks that were swimming in the Pensacola beach area. Specifically across from Portofino. This is the same area where we saw the shark one year ago, only that was 1 shark, now there are more. Local authorities filmed 6 sharks in that small area within 15 min. There are so many bait fish. Years ago, it would be no big deal to go into the ocean where the light blue water, meets the dark blue water. Not now! Something is pushing the fish forward, closer to shore. The bait fish have multiplied, they are everywhere. I noticed also that the small fish stay closer to shore, than 10 years ago. Fish would swim around you occasionally, but not that close to shore.

Well today in local news the Blue Angels are getting ready for their Forth of July Celebration! Practice started Wednesday, and will continue until Friday July 1st. The air show will be held at Casino beach, on July 2,2005 at 2:00 pm. Here is a preview of what the Blue Angels can do they are amazing!!!!!!
