Color Sound is a Monkees website run by me, Clairba! If you're looking for an INFORMATIONAL Monkees website, well....you've come to the wrong place, my friend. This is more of a...stupid, random, odd website. I have fanfics, fan art, tributes, and Monkee love everywhere!

HOW IT GOT STARTED:
Well...one day in January of 2007, Clairba decided to learn HTML. She asked her good friend Beatlesholic (who has an AWESOME Beatles website called Beatlesholics Anonymous!) on MSN to please teach her HTML so she can make a semi-good ho-hum Monkees website. So...Clairba learned gradually, but HTML was VERY daunting in some ways. The layouts, the tags, the....GAHHHHH!! Too much! But...Clairba was driven on by her Monkee love, and forced all this HTML crapola down her throat and made her very first webpage on January 16. Soon, Clairba got addicted to webpage-making and began making random, stupid Monkees pages almost every other day. And then one day she decided to add this page as well! Hooray!

Why "Color Sound"?
It's from the song "Circle Sky." "Color sound, all around..."

Why "groovy button"?
Because "groovy" and "button" are my two favorite words. And, if you've ever seen that little outtake of "Monstrous Monkee Mash," Mike tells Micky that his "Love is the ultimate trip" button is groovy. "Hey, that's a groovy button, what does it say?" "It says 'love is the ultimate trip.' Hey, that's a nice button, what does IT say?" ..."'Save the Tex...*bursts out in random laughter*"
