P-38F (made for the "J") of Capt. John G. O'Neil, 9thFS, 49thFG. The skin comes in 2 versions : 2 victories on the scoreboard, heavy weathering and a "dark skinned" pin-up. Second seem to have been repainted; the girl is now bright-skinned, 8 victories on the scoreboard. No number version included and a high-res pin-up to use with the QMB for those who own Pacific Fighters. |

P-51D as seen in the movie "Hart's war"
| A skin of a P-51D seen in the movie"Hart's war", with Bruce willis. At the early beginning, 2 P-51 make some straffing over a german train station. I don't know if it's an historical livery or not; i couldn't find any historical info about this plane, but i found it really nice. I worked the weathering to make it look like a real combat plane. A no number version is included in the .zip. |

P-38L of the 8th FS, 36th FG, "Flying Fiends"
| A new set of 2 skins for the P-38L (but works with the "J" and the "L_late" too), from the 8th FG, 36th FS "Flying Fiends", based at Ie Shima in 1945. those planes are the "Wicked Woman" and the "Jean Creamer". For PF owners the .zip includes an Hi-Res nose art for the "Jean Creamer", that you can use with the nose art option in the plane selection screen. |

The last of the P-38-L of the the Pacific Ace of the Aces, major Richard Bong, credited with 40 victories, all on P-38. Sadly, he was killed the day the bomb fells on Hiroshima, during a flight test with a P-80... This plane is dedicated to his wife, "Marge". |
