Green Star Equestrian has two base farms. We are located inside of the West Milford Equestrian Center and inside of the Garret Mountain Equestrian Center. We will continue to provide the same great service. We teach all levels of riding and have horses for leasing, lessons, & showing. Quality show horses and Thoroughbred bloodstock offered for sale from time to time. We can also find the horse of your dreams for you. We want to make your experience with GSE a pleasant one!!

Donna Owen, (owner & trainer) has 20 years of experience in training, showing & breeding. She is certified and fully insured. She has successfully competed in high level jumpers as a junior and hunters as a professional with many awards both as a rider and as a trainer. Her students competing at levels from leadline to amateur jumpers have won numerous awards at the Northeast Regional Championships each year and her students guided Go Go Gidget to Pony of the Year awards in 2005 and are well on their way to awards in 2008. Her students range in age from 3 years old to adults into their 60's. She also breeds Thoroughbred racehorses specializing in foals sired by Kentucky Derby winners.
