Billy was born in Glasgow, Scotland on August 28, 1968. He still resides there. Both his parents, Mary and William, are (sadly) dead. He has one sister, Margaret. His eyes are green and his hair is a darker blond. He stands at five foot seven inches tall. Quite a hobbit. His fave color is blue, but more importantly, his favorite drink is malt whiskey. Billy's fellowship tattoo is on his right ankle-which he said hurt like hell while his feet were put on during the last week. Billy is an avid surfer and got the majority of the cast to join him in that sporing event. He can also play the guitar and the bass guitar, which he accompanies with a light barotone voice.
