Article I

Fairys Bill of Rights

1 Nobody will be discriminated agnist on any grounds.

2 No Fairys will be forced to do something she/he does not want to do.

3 There is no x amount of time you have to log on to the game per week etc.

4 You may leave the guild anytime you light just let someone know ahead of time so we know that you are gone.

5 You may drink what ever kind of alcohol you wish.

Article II

Laws

1 You must partipate in group work and discussion with the guild. While you do not have to spend every moment in the game with your guildmates you have

chosen to be a member of this guild so it is expected that you interact with other guild members.

2 You cannot make deragatory statements aganist other guild members. If this is a problem contact the appropiate authority. This guild is about teamwork,

if people offended others it can greatly reduce chance of success in armed combat.

Article III

Authority

1 The guild creator has the final say in all matters. However he realises that you cannot have a guild withouts its members so he will take into account members feelings and emotions.

2 There will be a board of elder fairys which will be senior members who will have the final say [excluding the creator] in matters of disputes between members. This board is nessacary because the creator can not always be around to solve all the problems and members who have been loyal and around a while deserve more resposiabilitys. This board will also vote on people being banned while they have no formal decision, its decesion will greatly sway the creators final judgement.

3 Everyone one else will have the same authority. However there maybe people desginated to certain task such as Group Formation manager someone who trys to get people togeather for missions. This is just an example.

Note i would rather not have a hierarchal system but without it problems would never get solved and its humans nature to have disagreements.
