North Dakota State Bison

                                        Fargo, North Dakota (ND's largest city, along the MN border)

                                        Student Enrollement: 11,146 (fall 2002)

Northern Colorado Bears

                                        Greeley, Colorado (about 50 miles north of Denver)

                                        Student Enrollement: 10,982 (fall 2002)

Saint Mary's Gaels

                                        Moraga, California (suburb of Oakland)

                                        Student Enrollement: 4,698 (fall 2002)

South Dakota State Jackrabbits

                                        Brookings, South Dakota (about 65 miles north of Sioux Falls)

Southern Utah Thunderbirds

                                        Cedar City, Utah (about 240 miles south and west of Salt Lake City)
