Management Team

Leigh Grant (GRANTY)- After taking over the management reigns from Gerry in December 2006 Granty was made manager permanently for the upcoming with his vast knowledge of the Non League Circuit this season will hopefully be much improved on last seasons. Still lacing up his boots is now second on his Saturday agenda after donning the Sheepskin Coat!!!!!!!

Chris Hudson (HUDDO)- Will helping Granty out as assistant this season and also has the title of Goalkeeper Coach with his vast amout of experience will be looking to pass his skills on. Goalkeeper Experienced reliable keeper good organiser,and an excellent shot stopper

Goalkeepers

Chris Hudson- Goalkeeper Experienced reliable keeper good organiser,and an excellent shot stopper. Playing time will be shortened this season after being appointed as Assistant Manager but will put on the Gloves when required

Chris Theobald- Reserve team keeper last season but with Huddo stepping down the door may open for Chris if he impresses pre-season

Defenders

Matt Simpson-  (Simmo) Matt is a stylish Left sided who joined Prims last season, previous clubs include Mickleover Sports, Gresley Rovers and Belper town

Matt Warren- Matt joined us last season from Mickleover Sports. Big strong powerful defender, Matt had 5yrs with Derby County and was captain of their reserves for two seasons, has also played for Hall Green, Alfreton Town and Gresley Rovers missed most of last season with injury

Dally Atwall - Dally is another 100% player who never gives up, can also play in midfield a valuble member of the 1st team squad.

Jason Lane - Experienced strong tackling defender who joined Prims during the close season, previous clubs include Rolls Royce and Blackwell MWS

Marcus Thorpe- (Thorpey) Young Defender progressed through the youth team and reserves. Established himself in the first team with some impressive displays at Centre Half but can also play Left Back. Picked up both Managers and Players Player Awards 2006/2007

Simon Tranter- Can play anywhere in Defence as is now beggining to setlle and produced some impressive consistent performances

Daniel Tranter- Recent Signing from Holbrook and also Twin brother of Simon again can play anywhere in Defence and has impressed in the short time spent at the club

Sam Foster- At only 16 years of age Sam has impressed many at the club with his performances in the first team. Can play either Centre Back or Right Back his performances improved as the season went on. Picked up the Most Improved Player Award 2006/2007

Midfielders

Neil Day- Reliable and consistant player who will always give a 100% Neil is an important member of the midfield, would probably like to score more goals but when he does they are never tap-ins

Dave Cole- Loves to run with the ball ,will work hard in any position and will also score goals.he remains loyal to Prims despite interest from several clubs in higher leagues.Deadly at Free-kicks

Brett Adul- Signed recently from Borrowash Vics also played for Heanor Town. Promising young player who will be keen to establish himself in the first team. one for the future

Matt Freeman -  Experienced midfielder close season signing Matt joins us from Sandiacre Town and his experience will help the younger players in the side.

Strikers

Leigh Grant- Great ability and with his skills on the ball is more than capable of beating any defence. Leading scorer for the past 4 seasons ,Leigh could have moved to teams who play in a higher league but has remained loyal to Prims.

Adam Lillie- Reliable and versatile striker,using his pace to score many of his goals finished the season topgoalscorer 2006/2007 with 21 goals  after finishing second for the previous 2 seasons behind Granty. Hopefully will stay at Prims after interest from other clubs

Chris Moss - Chris  was signed during the close season speedy striker who looks a very good player previous clubs include Mickleover Sports and Borrowash Victoria.

Phil Carson - Phil another new close season signing who it is hoped will give us more options up front has looked sharp in pre season training, previous clubs include Borrowash Victoria and Rocester
