Performances

Weddings:It's been my privilege to play at over 100 weddings in my career. The ceremonies have covered many denominations and sizes. No two weddings are alike, and It's always a pleasure to be a part of one.
Funerals:I have been called upon to perform at many funerals. I've attended small family services and large Line-of-Duty death ceremonies. I've always felt that this type of performance is an honour to perform.
Dignitaries:I've played for many VIPs in the past, including Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, Ontario Premiers, Federal and Provincial Ministers, Mayors and City Councilors, Chiefs of Fire and Police, and the Ontario Fire Marshall.
Ceremonies:I have played at military ceremonies, medal ceremonies, the 1982 Labatt Brier, and the Greater Sudbury Fire Consecration of Colours.
Others:Highland Games throughout North America, Firefighter and Police Memorials, and street parades.


Pipe Band Experience

September 1978:Joined the Walden Highlanders Pipes and Drums
June 1986:Promoted to Pipe Sergeant of the Walden Highlanders
October 1987:Promoted to Pipe Major of the Walden Highlanders
May 1988:Founding member of the Sudbury Regional Police Pipe Band (World Junior Championships)
March 2002:Named Official Piper of the Greater Sudbury Fire Honour Guard
