On this page, I want to post some menus of what I normally eat. I just want to give you an idea of what I'm eating to lose. So this is what GraceGirl7 eats.
(These are my current menus, and they are not intended to be followed. Find what works best for YOUR body.)

| Wednesday, January 25, 2006 - Low Carbs
Breakfast
- 28 gm Kraft Natural Cheese Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 3
Lunch
- 2 Tuna Muffins w/ 1 tbsp tartar sauce (Tuna baked with celery, onion, green pepper, and egg) - 6
- 1 cup sauteed mushrooms - 2 (It's two points because I sauteed it with Smart Balance Light and 1 garlic clove.)
Snack
- 56 gm Claw Meat (Real Crab Meat) - 1
- Sugar free coffee creamer - 1
Dinner
- 2 Tuna Muffins w/ 1 tbsp tartar sauce - 6
- 1.5 cups sauteed okra (I just sautee the okra and then add a little salt and pepper. I love okra!!) - 1
Snack
- 28 gm Kraft Natural Cheese Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 3
Daily Points: 23 (20 target and 3 AP's)
Eaten: 23
Carbs: 27.5 without net carbing
Notes: I didn't have a good breakfast this morning, just a little cheese. I almost always have breakfast, but sometimes I get busy and just grab a snack.

| Tuesday, January 24, 2006 - Medium Carbs
Breakfast
- 2 egg whites w/ 2 tablespoons fat free cream cheese - 1
- 2 slices thin turkey bacon - 1
- Sugar free coffee creamer - 1
Snack
- 1 link Lightlife Smart Dogs (not very good) topped with 1 slice Kraft 2% Cheese Singles and 1 slice 2% reduced fat cheddar cheese singles - 3
- Low carb La Tortilla Factory tortilla - 0
Lunch
- 1 serving Tyson precooked grilled chicken strips - 2
- 1 cup romaine lettuce - 0
- 10 grams of Caesar Dressing (I weigh everything!! I also had the dressing on the side to use as little as possible because while it has 0 carbs, it has tons of fat!) - 2
- 1 slice muenster cheese - 2
Snack
- ½ cup canned pumpkin - 0
- 4 tablespoons fat free cream cheese - 1
- 1 packet Splenda - 0
- Dash of pumpkin pie spice - 0
Dinner
- 1.5 servings Spaghetti Squash Casserole (spaghetti squash mixed with green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, basic, oregano, mozzarella and parmesan cheese) - 7
Snack
- 56 grams of real crab meat - 1
- 1 slice 2% reduced fat swiss cheese - 1
Daily Points: 23 (20 target and 3 AP's)
Eaten: 22
Carbs: around 70.5 without net carbing
Notes: I tend to eat a lot of cheese on my low and medium carb days because they're low in carbs, and I love cheese!! But like I said, these menus are only to give you an idea of what I eat, they are not advisable for your personal nutrition.

- 8g Arrowhead Mills Natural Cunchy Peanut Butter - 1
- 2 slices Nature's Own Double Fiber Bread - 1
- 1 tablespoon Smucker's Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves - 0
Dinner
- 15g Light Tostitos Chips - 2
- 1 Low Carb La Tortilla Factory Large Tortilla - 1
- 2/3 Taco Bell Mexican Rice (rice without the cheese) - 3
- 1 Taco Bell Fresco Style Ranchero Chicken Soft Taco - 3
- 1 item Taco Bell Taco Salad without shell or red strips - 9
Daily Points: 22 (20 target and 2 AP's)
Eaten: 22
Notes: I do still occasionally eat fast food. We had gone to a church in Atlanta, and had to grab food on-the-go. You don't have to give up fast food to lose!!!!

- 2 light Sunbeam buns - 2
- 2 tablespoons Texas Pete Chili Sauce - .5
- 1 large cooked sweet potato mixed with cinnamon, Splenda, and Sugar Free Maple Syrup - 3
Snack
- 28g Orville Redenbacher's Kettle Korn 94% Fat Free Popcorn - 1
- 1 Klondike Slim-a-bear - 2
