Q. Are all bags handmade?

• Yes, all bags are made by hand.

Q. Can I cancel my order once it's placed?

• Orders can only be canceled within 48 hrs. of placing the order.

Q. Are the bags washable?

• Bags should be handwashed and hung to dry.

Q. If I am not satisfied can I get a refund?

• Refunds are only available on Pre Designed Bags - Refunds are not available on Customized Bags. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the bag, minus the shipping and handling fees.

Q. Can I pay by Credit Card?

• NO... We only accept payments by Paypal (don't use credit/debit card with paypal..we won't accept the payment) [paypal account: hasna_n@yahoo.com] or you can send a Postal Money Order. (Contact for mailing address)

Q. When will my order be ready?

• Most orders are ready and will be mailed within 2 weeks. (this is typical when ordering 1 bag - time really depends on how many items are ordered).

Disclaimer: Shipping and Handling is not merely postage. 
Postage plays the primary role and usually the greatest cost. 
Added are bubble wrap, tape, boxes, envelopes, peanuts, etc..

These costs are Approximate, they could be more based on the weight of the package. If the actual shipping amount is more than what we have listed you will be billed for the additional amount.

Packages will be sent regular mail unless noted differently or if you choose something else.

If the item/product can be placed in a smaller box (not the priority flat rate box) we will try to accomodate so that you pay the lesser price.

To be determined means:
item will need to be weighed at Post Office and you will be billed for the shipping cost.
