The GPDSA is a Gambian disability non-profit organization sponsored by an English charity. The Terence Mills Trust (TMT) is working in association with the G.P.D.S.A. to provide wheelchairs, sports equipment and rehabilitation to those people who have disabilities. As Gambia relies on the donations of other countries for its hospital equipment there is very little knowledge of disability sports or a rehabilitation.

As the G.P.D.S.A. have formed their own committee and organization status, the TMT only supplies the association with funds to continue providing activities and developing their ongoing inclusive sports partiapation program.
