For only ten dollars you can help out a good cause and have fun at the same time. Each participant is given a shirt to remember the day! The registration deadline is May 1st, 2008. Pre-registration is STRONGLY encouraged, yet not mandatory as teams and individuals can register the morning of the walk.

The Got Hope Walk-a-thon is an event driven towards team involvement, yet individuals are always welcome.
Teams:
Each team must have a team captain who is willing to be the point of contact for the walk-a-thon organizers. Additionally, each team must come up with a team name to be referred as for the entire walk. When filling out the registration form, if on a team, you MUST write your team captain's name and your team name. Otherwise, you will not be added on that team. On the day of the walk it is the team captain's responsibility to pick up the t-shirts for each team member.
Individuals:
Individuals may register and still raise money and compete and the walk-a-thon. If an individual would like to be on a team then when filling out the registration form they may circle "yes" when asked if they would like to be on a team. If they would like to be a team member of the team then they can circle "yes" as well. Individuals who want to be on a team will be notified before the walk of their other teammates.
