The 2009 Got Hope Walkathon Registration Form and information is now available!
Registration Information:
For only ten dollars you can help out a good cause and have fun at the same time. Each participant is given a shirt to remember the day! To be entered into a drawing to win prizes register by the early registration date: April 22nd, 2009. The regular registration deadline is May 6th, 2009.
Pre-registration is STRONGLY encouraged, yet not mandatory as teams and individuals can register the morning of the walk. Registration on the day of the walk does not guarantee a t-shirt.
It is not required to register with a team. Registering with a team enables you to competes for team prizes such as the team that raised the most money or walked the most laps. There will also be an individual version of each of these competitions.
Teams:
Each team must have a team captain who is willing to be the point of contact for the walk-a-thon organizers. Additionally, each team must come up with a team name to be referred as for the entire walk. When filling out the registration form, if on a team, you MUST write your team captain's name and your team name. Otherwise, you will not be added on that team.
