Getting our town to help out the MainSpring Shelters

7th Grade Galvin Middle School Community Problem Solving Team 2008

Because the needs of the homeless often exceed the resources available, how might we raise the consciousness of the people of  Canton to the fact that homelessness is an epidemic in nearby communities, so that they will be encouraged to give some of their excess resources ("throwaways" and  skills) for use by those in need at the Mainspring Coalition for the Homeless?

          4th Place at the
