      Hello, and welcome to Gothic Shadows. I'm a avid reader classic Romantic Suspense Gothics.  I am a fan of Dorothy Daniels, Victoria Holt, Phyllis Whitney, and Barbara Michaels, as well as many other classic gothic authors.

If you've not read these wonderful authors, I suggest you check your local bookstore or online source and discover this forgotten genre.

      I love the mysterious, historical elements of the Classic Gothics, where things are not as they seem, and around every corner intrigue, mystery, and  suspense hide. Is that dark handsome object of our desire friend or foe?

      Keep your candle gripped tight in your shaking hand and read on to  find out....

      I firmly believe that reading opens the mind as no other medium can do. So, let your imagination soar into new realms of possibility, new mysteries to solve... New love to discover....
