The Physicians Caste is one of the five High Castes on Gor, the fourth highest of those castes. There Caste color is green, which you will find most proudly wearing to signify their caste. Although not explicit in the books, it seems logical that many medical specializations would form sub-castes within the RGCP.

 

Obstetrics, immunology, pediatrics, and many more would be considered valid sub-castes. Dentistry, psychiatry, and geriatrics are just some fields that would be considered unnecessary on Gor and would not be found as sub-castes. Major cities, such as Ar, would have a Cylinder of Physicians. Each city would also have their own High Council of physicians to aid in the governance of that caste within the city. Each Physician's Caste, in every different city, is basically autonomous.

 

But, Physicians from different cities do find ways to interact with each other. The fairs are a spectral place for physicians, and other castes, to meet and share information. Caste conventions may also provide Physicians a chance to share and compare notes and research.

     I would like to thank you all so very much for your support of the En Kara Faire!  Because of you all, this faire was a huge success and fun was had by all.

            The attendance was great and all events were filled all week long. Without the help and support of you all, this never would have been as much fun as it was. This was the first faire in a long time that all the events went off as scheduled and there were NO problems!! A couple were held later than scheduled but they were all well attended and everyone seemed to have a blast.

             Thank you all so very much for the help and continued support.

However, since we do not wish to interfere with family SL's

for continued Schendi citizens, we realize and acknowledge

that some may need or want to play with

Let it be known to all that on this, the Last Day of the Third Hand in the Month of Camerius, in the Year 10, 158 CA, the man known as Req (SN Sanitiez Requiem) certifies by this legal document the following facts: 

First, that he has, for the past six Gorean years, acted "in loco parentis" (in the stead of a parent) to the minor child known as Hella (SN HellionOfTheIsle), providing for all of her needs which included but were not limited to food, shelter, clothing, protection and education, despite the lack of any known blood tie or legal obligation. 

Second, that an exhaustive search was conducted at his own expense in an attempt to locate any of the minor child's blood relatives, beginning when said minor child came into his care at the age of five Gorean years old and continuing for a period of approximately two Gorean years.

 

Third, that the search mentioned in the second point (above) yielded no tangible results and was in fact fruitless, given the fact that not a single blood related or legally obligated person was located to assume responsibility for the care of the minor child.

 

Fourth, that having had the minor child in his care for such a protracted period of time has in fact allowed for the development of the same emotions toward the child as those which a biological father might also feel.

 

By the affixation of his signature below, the man known as Req (SN Sanitiez Requiem) testifies that the four previously stated points are fact and makes known his intention to legalize his role in the life of the minor child known as Hella (SN HellionOfTheIsle) and formally file this document as a certificate of adoption.  From this day forward, the  afore-mentioned minor child will be the same as his own blood related offspring and be accorded the same rights and privileges as any genetic issue.  He further states that he will continue to be responsible for her needs including but not limited to food, shelter, clothing, protection and education.

Here is the newly built ranch house of "Meadow Brooks Kaiila Ranch"

Built in the middle of Ushendi which means "Victory."  The first sign that you will detect that you are near Schendi will be found about thirty to forty passangs out of sea.  The sign for Schendi is known as "Shackle & Scrimitar" symbolizing a city of slaver, the League of Black Slavers.

 

Schendi is a dry climate all year round do to the location of the equater.  Schendi is surrounded by palisaded walls meant to offer protection from tribes of nearby jungles.  Schendi exports a number of products all year round as it aids the Merchants trade.  A remain history of Gor is that Assassins are not permitted on Schendi premises as the Assassins come from the north equator of Schendi.  Why are the Assassins only headquartered in the north?  Well it seems like they could be hired for southern hemisphere missions. !!!!
