This Inn is based on Gor - the Old Gor - the Gor that Every @p and Regular member of this Inn believes in !!! If You do NOT wish to live this lifestyle You would be better off going to other places that talk about Gor !!! If You do wish to live this lifestyle then be prepared to do so at 100% - cause this is Gor - if You want fair go to the carnivals !!!
Also if You are searching for an entrance to Gor on IRC this Inn is NOT the right place to begin Your voyage !!! (If You need to ask why it isn't then You really don't have a clue !!!) However if You think that You would like to see this Inn all You need is IRC and then go to the bondage.com server and join #inn_of_Tar`na_Hi`mar !!! For those of you that do have some knowledge of Gor (both online and of the Books) the Inn has no Zones (aka FM will act as such and not just open their mouthes to amuse themselves !!! FW will behave as such !!! slaves will do as a slave should do !!!)

Last warning before You decide if this is the place for You .. This Inn is about 8000 feet on the Thentian Mountainside - Live by Gor - or enjoy the view of the Mountain on the way down !!!

The Inn of Tar`na Hi`mar:

On the right when You enter inside You will see a large room attached to a second larger room. The bar is to Your left as You enter - the kitchen and cold room is behind the bar itself - in front of the bar some stools to sit in and behind that there are some tables with chairs to relax in. In the second room of the Inn is where the fireplace is and where the furs are laid out for the Patrons to use if they wish to use them. You will also see from the picture that there are stairs that lead up - those go to the Owner's Alcove and Office. Upstairs there are also other rooms - some used by the Patrons to live in while they build housing around the Inn and some are used by Patrons that wish to enjoy some time with the slaves of the Inn. Not shown in the picture is the stairs that lead to the downstairs of the Inn - there is a reasons for that - because it is best that You do not find out what is down there !!!
As been said before the Inn is on the Thentian Mountainside here is a bit of information on this region ... The Thentis Mountains lie north of the Vosk River. The books say little about the mountains or the cities that exist within and around them. To the east of the mountains are the Barrens. To the west are numerous cities and eventually Thassa. The city of Ko-ro-ba lies to the northwest of the these mountains. There are a couple types of flora indigenous to this region. The needle tree, an evergreen, is common in the Thentis mountain region and also the northern forests. Its oil is used as an ingredient in making perfume. Thentis Veminium is a bluish, softly petaled wildflower commonly found in the lower ranges of the Thentis Mountains and also used as an ingredient in perfumes. These two items would tend to imply that cities within the mountains may have numerous Perfumers.
The high city of Thentis lies in a remote area within these rugged mountains. It is most famed for its fine tarn flocks and skilled tarnsmen. The books do not state who leads the city or even if an Administrator or Ubar rules. The city must import its grain so it is safe to assume they engage in little agriculture. But, it is a wealthy city due to its large tarn flocks and a number of silver mines. Though the mines provide them with a source of wealth, they are not as rich as the silver mines of Tharna. Though it is a mountain city, it is still composed of cylinders like most Gorean cities. Black wine is a coffee-like drink made from beans grown in the mountain city of Thentis. It is very strong and bitter. Thentis does not trade the beans to make this drink. They wish to maintain a monopoly on this product, further enhancing their wealth.
The Inn of Tar`na Hi`mar is in the vicinity of Thentis - and most of the land surronding the Inn is owned by Draconius. Some of the Patrons of the Inn have made their Home close to the Inn - and are now of the Thentian Mountainside.
For those of You that would like to know more - the City of Thentis is North East of the Inn - and is close by to this establishment - less than a day's walk. To the bottom of the Mountain is almost a week's walk - and the roads are treacherous.

The Free of the Inn:

The Owner of the Inn - Draconius - will be behind the bar - sitting on a stool. From where He sits He can see everything that is going on in the Inn. Sitting at the end of the bar You will usually always find Falaria - watching the going ons of the Inn as well !!! Another Patron of the Inn is LordDarkDrgn You will notice him close to the bar as well !!! It seems that the Inn with each passing day is getting more and more People to come and visit it - so I am sure that this section (as well as the @ps/Regular section) will become bigger and bigger with each passing week !!! (You can find more information on the @ps and Regulars on the left side of the web page .. by clicking on their names You will see a picture and a small bio on each of Them !!!)
A word of advice to anyone still thinking that they can boss around anyone in this Inn - all of the Free Men listed above - and most of the @ps of the Inn are of the Black Caste - and if You do not know what that means - here is a small tid bit about them .. The Caste of Assassins, also known as the Black Caste, is a mysterious one and the books do not explain a great deal about their Codes, conduct or activities. No one outside of the Caste is supposed to know their secret Codes though a few elements of their Codes are revealed in the books. Realistically, any such organization would carefully conceal its secrets. Consider the examples from Earth history of the Assassins of the Middle East, the Ninja of Japan and the Thuggee Cult of India. Secrecy was imperative to their success. In addition, fantastic rumors about their prowess and abilities were encouraged to enhance their fearsome reputation. Assassins are the most hated caste on Gor though it is not considered the lowest of Castes. It is a Low Caste but its exact place within the hierarchy of Low Castes is never given. Though hated, the Assassins are also feared greatly. People try to avoid the presence of an Assassin, often leaving a place where an Assassin enters. They will cross the street to avoid passing by an Assassin. Some go as far as not even wanting to touch the shadow of an Assassin. The money of an Assassin is commonly considered "black gold" and many people will not accept it. Instead, some people will simply give the Assassin items for free.

The slaves of the Inn:

The Inn at this moment has several kolared slaves including a fg and a sg. Also plenty of slaves kolared to Free that come to the Inn make this channel their regular Home. Each of these slaves ready to serve with pride and fire in this Inn. Each of the slaves are ready to serve Regulars and non - if You do not know what You would like - You can check the Menu Page of the Inn to see all that Tar`na Hi`mar serve - and remember that in this Inn only the best is served !!! (As said before this is Old Gor - and Old Ways - so NO slave may be in this Inn and in another room as well .. if you are a slave that is learning put "-obs" behind your nic - so that All know you are here observing .. for ALL the other Rules check the Rules Pages of the Inn)

The History of the Inn:

This Inn as a lot of story behind it - some happy some sad - but ALL of it "Gorean" to it !!! It was owned and built by the Father of Draconius - who had several sons and one daughter while living His Goreal OL life !!! One night more than 30 newbies decided that they would make a statement in the Gorean society by raiding and killing Draconius' family that was in the Inn !!! All but 2 of the members of the family were slain by this raid !!! One of those is Draconius - who spent many years and surfed many nets to get all of those that did this to His Family - and after years and years - it came down to 4 of them left !!! The story told is that Draconius entered the Inn they were in - put some blasting powder inside of the fire pit and walked out - laughing - as they all died - finally having finished the revenge - Draconius has re-opened this Inn - an Inn that welcomes friends to its doors and forewarns its enemies - this is Gor - and Gor is Real !!!
