The point is that you can use all of that stuff and still end up being in poor health. Why? Because you didn't keep it up!
By making things simple and easy to follow and above all adding an element of fun into the mix, anyone who uses this information is going to much more likely to stick with it for much longer because instead of it being a chore that you are foced to do, it becomes an ebjoyable experience that you actually loof forward to doing!
Does that sound too good to be true?
Well, when I was a kid my old man told me that if anything looked too good to be true then it probably is!
Except not all things adhere to this often precise piece of advice. You can alter your diet to get rid of a lot of stuff that is doing you harm without having to go without some of the things that you enjoy eating. You just take it sensibly and use common sense! Same goes for exercising. Of course you have to do some exercise to be healthy! Sitting on your lazy backside all day at your job then coming home and spending the evening sitting on your lazy backside in front of the TV set is NOT the way to be healthy.
Common sense will tell you that you have to do SOMETHING or you're going to send yourself into an early grave. You body needs to move in order to keep all its natural functions going.
However, that doesn't mean you have to go to the gym to get that exercise. There are much simpler and more enjoyable ways to do that. This is where you'll see the obvious that you probably already knew but are still not doing!
