LOTR Online Closed Beta

So everybody’s been waiting for it and it’s finally here, it was announced that sign ups for the closed beta testing of Lotro would start for the E3 expo in Los Angeles 10^th-12^thMay ’06. To sign up you must be over 18 and if you are part of a guild such as The Gondorian Guard you have a better chance of being accepted. Go to the forums for more information on the news board.

First Update

I know that this site hasn’t been updated for a while but a glitch in my program makes the update process rather long and painful and have been rather busy of late. So what’s new?

A few members have contacted me and updated their information as seen on the ‘members’ page. If anyone else could contact me with any missing information I would appreciate it thanks.

Some interest has been said about the idea of making of Gondorian Guard clan on the popular MMORPG ‘Runescape’. If this could get off the ground I think it will be a great way to burn the time waiting for the release of LOTRO and get used to acting as a clan together having some good practise ready for LOTRO and of course have some fun right?

The New Site is here

Ok so when I made the first site at the same time that the new forums were started. I went on the principle that it would be a source of information that non-members could look at to see some information about this kinship, it was also made in a bit of a rush so I could start giving out the address and get the kinship rolling again. Well now that I look at it I’m pretty disappointed with my workmanship and I knew I could do better, so again I started on yet another site that I would take my sweet time on and this time I would make it more involved in the kinship activities and give it so much more features so it would be central to the kinship and actually look good. So without further ado I give you the new look Gondorian Guard! Tada!

(p.s. the site isn’t actually 100% complete yet updates will be made regularly)
