We ask for a £200 deposit to be paid on time of booking with the remaining balance to be paid six weeks before arrival date. If the dates for your holiday fall inside the six-week period we would request full balance payment at time of booking.
In the event of cancellation we would apply a criteria on refund, which is, based on the number of days prior to your arrival date.The table below details the percentage of refund returned.

The criteria is based on the number of days due to arrival when notification has been received by us via e-mail.
We are flexible if dates are to be changed providing that your change of dates are available, in the event of not being available we would provide you with a choice of other available dates.
We will arrange key delivery and details with your booking confirmation.
We do ask that the persons booking the accommodation treat the property as if it was their own as it is our home and any damage will be the responsibility of the persons at time of using the accommodation.
We recommend that you should take your own medical and travel insurance out for the duration of your stay . And register for your European medical card at the Uk post office. (replaced E1.11)
In the event of loss of electric /loss of water we will investigate the problem with the local utilities companies here and inform you of the possible time of duration. Any electrical appliances that don’t work will be investigated and replaced if necessary during your stay.
