Platinum Technology combines fiber-reinforced polyurethane and light-gage steel. This allows IMS Construction to build a “Green” product that is built safer, more energy efficient, and environmentally friendly homes.

This product has No volatile organic compound, R-values up to 38.5 which results in lower energy usage, reduces land fill burdens, saves 100+ trees for every 2,000 Sq. Ft house, no wood destroying organisms (mold, Termites) fire resistance, and much more “Green Features.”
